Questions you'll need to answer before you contact us:
- Do you want to learn how to race a road bike?
- Are you female?
- Are you from an underrepresented cultural heritage? (Asian, Native Heritage, Indian, African, Mexican, or any combination of these, and of course others I might have left out).
- If you answered Yes to questions 1 and 2, then we certainly want to hear from you.
- If you answered Yes to all 3 questions, then we definitely want to hear from you, so we can tell you about the place we already have saved for you on the team!
- We are shooting for a balance of ages as well as cultural diversity on our team.
This current calendar year racing season needs to be your first year racing as a licensed USA Cycling road racer, regardless of what other disciplines you have on your resume.
